{the beach}

For Labor Day, we hopped in the Evan's car and joined them at the beach. It was a much needed day of fun and no studying! Luckily, Trav's schedule is calming down just for this week, so it was perfect timing. My pregnancy brain decided to put two pairs of shorts in my bag, instead of my swimsuit! Who forgets their swimsuit at the beach? But it turned out to be much more comfortable to wear just shorts and a t-shirt.

The guys had fun surfing and we had fun talking and collecting seashells {enough to fill a whole vase!}. A huge storm passed right over us and it only rained a few drops then cleared up completely! It was so fun and we got so burned, but it was worth it! We also ate dinner at Bojangle's {basically like KFC but so much better} and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely found a new favorite place to eat here in North Carolina.
