Snow days call for some creativity since we have been stuck inside! This edible play dough distracted Jake for a nice little bit. My dad is an amazing wood-worker and he made us all these rolling pins growing up. I snagged mine back when I was back in Texas in December---so glad I did!
He loves pounding on the keys.
Jake was able to go to his friend Auden's third birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese's. He had a blast! Pizza, cake, and rides/games!
We woke up two more times this past week with snow. The second time we were covered in a winter wonderland. Everything has been closed/canceled this past week...even church!
This time the indoor creativity was edible finger paints (vanilla yogurt and food coloring).
He doesn't quite get he finger part yet.
Then I let him sprinkle his own frosted graham cracker. ha. What a green mess we had!
Travis insisted on moving with his snowboard to NC---which was a bit crazy. But it paid off with this snow! We rode down it like a sled and had a blast.
