December was pure magic! We had an advent calendar with a treat for the kids every day and a slip of paper in it with a family activity/tradition to do! It was so fun, the kids loved it. All these pictures are out of order, but don't have the time or energy to rearrange!

Checking out Santa's cookies. She started crying right after this picture because she wanted one. So we all had cookies before bed! Anything goes when it's Christmas.

Jake turned FOUR!! He requested a paw patrol cake, and to go to Chick-fil-A and Petco that night. I video me asking questions around his birthday each year and it's so fun! This year he said he his favorite friend is Evie and that he wants to serve a mission in California.
He got to go to preschool on his birthday!
Jake had some birthday dollar bills and gave one to Ev to spend in the Target dollar spot. Too cute!

We went up to my aunt and uncle's house in Virginia one night and had dinner, rode in the back of a pickup to a Christmas light park, then acted out the nativity. The kids loved it!

For one of my gifts I got an amazing crepe maker, Travis is loving it too!

New Years Eve games and fun! It was one of the coldest weekends North Carolina has had in decades, but we still ran outside for a couple fireworks and to bang some pots and pans!
