our car "door ajar" alarm has had a mind of its own this past week. it will randomly say that a door is ajar while we're driving, even though we know for a fact we checked all the doors and everything is fine. then on tuesday, we were in the tanner building doing homework and we could hear our car security alarm go off from the window.
well, last night by the way we slept you would have thought we had a newborn baby in our house. we woke up three times between 1:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. to the sound of the blaring alarm to our car, and wow was it loud! three times in less then three hours; it didn't help that we went to bed a midnight. each time it would happen, trav would jump up and rush for his keys. finally the third time, he went outside and shut all the doors then didn't lock it, which solved that problem. why it decided to randomly start going off in the middle of the night, who knows! so he took it to a shop today and sprayed wd-40 on the latches, hoping to help solve the problem.

and it doesn't help that we all lose an hour of sleep tonight because of daylight savings! but we laughed about it this morning.
Oh Jessica! I am so glad I found your blog! K, this TOTALLY happened to us, except we couldn't get it to go off. . . like at all. And at 3 in the morning, we woke up to a police man. : ) It was great. I am so sorry you had to go through that. Ours had a short circuit and so we just took it out. I hope it gets better!
