Jake got to eat his first Oreo and was so upset when I wouldn't give him another one!
One time we watched Frozen together and he actually sat still for 45 minutes of it and watched while eating Goldfish. I could just eat him up.
First real haircut! Hard to get a non-blurry picture of this mobile boy.
Me and Jake love fruit/spinach smoothies.
He always needs to see what dad's working on.
One of Jake's favorite things is playing in the car {while it's parked} and pressing buttons and holding onto the steering wheel.
He can stand! And walk. He walks for a bit around the house and then decides crawling is a much faster alternative and switches to that. Then switches back to walking.
I screamed really loud watching a UNC basketball game which terrified Jake.
Aren't these two just the cutest.
He only wants to sit sideways in the grocery cart so he can look in the direction I'm pushing! He kills me.
Trav's been lucky enough to go to two Duke basketball games at Cameron Indoor. It is generally very expensive and difficult to get tickets, so we are grateful for his friend who goes to Duke getting him in!
Jake's favorite show {and really only show he'll watch} is Daniel Tiger. I think it is the cutest show ever! It's based on Mr. Roger's but is a cartoon and based in the land of make believe. So educational and I find myself singing the songs to help Jake all day long.
Bubbles are his new favorite thing.
Jake and Nora on their date to an Italian pizzeria.
Pudding fun! And messy fun.
He found a perfect spot on Dad's leg.
Licking the cheesecake filling for dad's cherry cheesecake. He was in heaven.
He has this thing with this particular cabinet and will stick stuff in the pots and move stuff around. Even though we have child locks on I open this one for him!
These two doing the laundry together was just the best. Jake is a really good helper moving the clothes into the dryer.
Vegetables are his favorite thing. As in we can't show them to him until the end of the meal or he'll only eat those and refuse everything else. He's also been into resting his arm like this sometimes!
Looking all handsome before church.
Learning to drive.
The tithing page is his favorite page in his quiet book. He always has to go directly to that page and take off all the tithing pieces and just carry them around. He is always making me laugh!
With friends banging on the washing machine and life can't get any better.
We had family pictures with Trav's family taken in Washington over christmas and here are some of them!
What a miracle Jake is looking at the camera in the group picture!
